Thanks for quick reply :o) Been up into the loft & tank does'nt appear to be frozen. Apolyogies for my appariant lack of knowledge re the workings of water system, To be honest Im completely overwhelmed & feeling out of my depth, really can't afford the cost of calling plumber out, was hopin...

No cold water to bath or toilet upstairs

Hi , would be so very grateful for any advice or suggestions, that anyone could offer me. I have no cold water in my bathroom & the toilet cistern is empty. I have cold water in the kitchen, my washing machine & dishwasher are working fine. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. Mo
