We have been made aware of this however we are far from proficient enough to get a good enough plaster finish if we were there surely would be no point in re-artexing surely? the essence being its supposed to be a rough finish which suits our ability or not as it happens to get a reasonable finish f...

Ok thanks for that we have enquired with our electric suppliers about loft insulation but lke most things it doesnt tend to happen in a hurry they seemed to suggest that we wouldnt get cavity wall insulation due to the age of our property (being we beleive 1930's) its rather unlikely to have cavity ...
