Re-charging a combi boiler

I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i junior Combi Boiler.
Due to bleeding the radiators the pressure has dropped to approx 0.5 bar.
How do I re-fill the system?
There is a white plastic key which I have put in place and managed 1/2 turn (is this correct)?
What do I do next?

Rechroming a bathroom tap.

Hi,
My tap has been tarnished by bleach or some other product my wife used to clean it.
Is it possible to rechrome it and if so can you suggest any suppliers in the Merseyside area?
