i would say that they will be fine. i cannot see how that will be a problem because you can calculate the pressure and i am 99.9% sure that it would be greater than 0.5 bar, in fact i would be shocked if it isn't, if it isn't, ou probabl have a blockage somewhere.

Good luck

dripping mixer taps

sounds to me like you have got 1/4 turn lever taps, not to insult our intelligence, but taps that only turn 1/4 of the way around. if this is the case, isolate the water supply and take the cartridges out as you did before. take this cartridge to the local plumb center and ask them for a replacement...

where the pipe feeds into the bottom of the cistern on the toilet, there will be a nut visible - undo this. above this, there should be a plastic nut holding the float valve into position. if you undo this, you should be able to just lift the float valve out of the cistern. fitting a new one is the ...

Water regs and possibl building regs, depending what route you choose. If you are completely re-doing the whole property and plumbing works, have you considered an un-vented cylinder? This is mains fed and mains supply to the taps but also gives a balanced hot and cold water pressure throughout the ...
