I have a Villrey Toilet seat, which closes under its own weight. I need to replace the spring loaded collar on the seat. I have removed the seat and inserted the two new loaded collars. electric trip switch

I just have had a new conservary installed, which included 3 power points. As part of the new regulations the electrian tried to install a trip switch, between the main fuse box and the electric meter. The switch kepted tripping !!!. I pulled out all the plugs, but it still kept tripping. Any ideas ...
