SOIL PIPE SOUND INSULATION

I am adding a loo upstairs and the soil pipe has to come down through the floor and run across the room just below the ceiling. I will box in the pipe but I would be pleased for any recomendations of the best way to insulate against the sound when the loo is flushed. Many thanks in anticipation. Ron
