hi all i have a baxi bermuda back boiler 552 it appears water is leaking from somewhere at the back of the boiler any ideas from anyone or suppliers of new boiler exchangers etc.

hi Heating Doctor maybe didn't explain to well i used the hose pipe to try and force water through system and back out through drain cock, but when i put hose pipe into the feed connection in the bottom of the tank water came out of the overflow back into the tank that his why i am baffled???

Hi all still having problems with downstairs radiators this is what I have done so far,fitted new pump a cleaner still in system(will drain out next week)if I turn off upstairs radiators all downstairs rads work fine tried balancing,at present upstairs are hardly turned only 2 downstairs just aired ...

i have tried balancing system with some improvement now one radiator downstairs with thermostatic valve on ,radiator not hot but pipe to thermo valve is red hot ? Another question what is the function of the zone valve and what is the difference between two way and three way ?any answers greatfully ...

problem with all radiators not working if i turn down roomtat to below when it clicks downstairs radiators still getting warm when roomstat up not alladiators get hot any suggestions to cure PLEASE
