fixing

I think it is either double or triple skinned which accounts for the thickness.

Fixings

I am trying to find a way of fixing shelves to 45mm thick plasterboard and have hit a rut as no anchors appear to cater for the thickness. Shelves need to be pretty heavy load bearing. how do I get round this?

fixing to plasterboard

I have some shelves that I want to put up. My walls are plasterboard and are 45mm thick. I can't find any fixings that work with this thickness, as all cavity anchors appear to have a limit of around 35mm. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
