Building a Single skin Block wall for Porch, (No space for double) can I use concrete Lintels for Door and Window and if so what insulation above them, thanks.

Hi All I have built a 4 mtr long, 1mtr high garden "Trough"/ raised bed!, with 2.5 cm gap between two layers of GP1 blocks,unfortunately before seeking advice the channel has now been filled with top soil,the wall has had a scratch and a top coat with stipple effect ready for masonry paint...

Ericmarc Thanks for your reply and info, I did not mention that there was "Tails" from a previous extension (J/box) on both curcuit where the connection was made, a second Electrician has passed the test, I assume becouse as you mentioned "The requirement when it was installed" T...
