You need to consult a heating engineer with a view to getting your system converted to fully pumped Y or S plan with appropriate control system. This is not DIYable unless you have some experience.

Fit units first. Tile down to worktop for walls. Tile into units for floor such that the fascia board (when fitted) covers edge of floor tiles.

You've also got a blockage in your microbore pipework so clearing the airlock now is prolly a waste of time. You really do need to get someone in.
