I'm trying to dismantle a pillar tap to find out why it is binding. I've taken the top cover plate off and removed the screw from inside, but the handle doesn't lift off. I've tried gently tapping, but no upwards movement. I can't see anything else that needs releasing. Do I just have to hit it hard...
