I am converting a box room into a new bathroom, which has been ok'd by my building regs lady. I will be fitting new safety electrics for a whirlpool bath, LED mist free mirror, and dual heated (plumbed and electric element) towel rad. Will the new B. regs apply with regards to getting the job signed...
