it is a faulty valve it is stuck open take the head off and tap the pin lightly with a hammer replace the head if this dosnt work replace the valve

this sounds very strange dosnt sound like your trvs as you have changed them i would look towards the boiler maybe introducing extra rads the boiler is struggling is it turned up full if so try just balancing them turn them all off and open one at a time slowly see if one stays hot then try the seco...

sorry its an open vented system probably be a 240v stat turn boiler off before you disconnect the stat at the wall

hi i cant understand why you have a room stat and trv's remove one or the others it wouldnt cause the problem you are having it does sound to me like the room stat is faulty hopefully it isnt the pcb try just disconecting the wires from the back of the room stat and see if it stops this would illimi...

i would imagine all pressures will be correct and the guys where trying to grab a quick buck the point i was trying to get across is if you have underground gas pipes depending on how long they have been there by having them changed it will save you money in the long run if you plan on living there ...
