We've build many garden offices. I have build one myself for me as well. Generally I am very happy with it but you need to do your homework and make sure there are no compromises with the build quality, insulation etc.

The best thing to do is to contact the council. From my experience I can say that officers tend to be very helpful when you approach them for sincere advice when trying to get things right. They should be able to explain what the problem with the extension was and why it was not approved. The seller...

You need to be very careful when dealing with officers and lawyers in Cyprus, Turkey and Greece. I have friend who have had bitter experience. People over there like to over-complicate things in order to ask for money, which of course they will keep for themselves, and you can end up unable to get a...

You can look for some video tutorials on youtube. They are usually quite helpful but as gantrysteele said a new keyboard is not that expensive.

There should be something on that wall that causes that effect. As Super chip advised you might be able to take it off by giving it a very good scrub

In my experience, planning officers tend to be very helpful if you approach them with the genuine intent to prepare a good plan. Why don't you get in touch with your planning officer and discuss it with him/her. They should give you a good starting point.
