Fixing glass to MDF

I have to fix glass to mdf. The glass size is 900mm x 1800mm. It weighs about 15kg. Does anybody have any experience of how to fix this. I have considered using some sort of channel, but would prefer to use some sort of Grip fill product. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I know that the bottom shootbolt isn't coming out of the locking keep. Is there any other tips rather then just bump the top of the sash. Derv, I have the same problem. I am planning to deglaze. Do you have any other tips rather then just "bump". The shootbolt at the bottom I know for a fact isn't quite catching the locking mechanism in the centre. I didn't know if there was some sort of bended tool that can be used to try a...
