Hi, some help please from those that know! I have a stable block, 12 metres long. I want to put a concrete slab along it, and out about 3 metres. I can install formwork along three edges, but how do I tamp the cocrete along the edge of the stables without formwork? Should I put in formwork along the...

Chipboard on insulation and pipe lagging

Hi, I have just put 170 mm insulation over all my loft floor, and wanted to floor part of it, with 18 mm chipboard and add a further 100 mm insuation over the remainder of the floor. Is that OK, and does the chipboard offer any benefit in insualtion? There are thick foam sheets that I could also use...
