I have tried but no success so far... But I agree this is the best route so will try and try again until I get a response!
Thanks for your help but if anyone else out there has come across this heating unit I would be pleased for any info..

Hi, thanks for your reply. I was hoping that someone out there may have experience of this type of heater and save me the expense of having the tests - these run into hundreds of pounds round here...!!
Can anyone help please?

Hi all, I'm just buying an ex-council flat that has hot-air heating via a Creda Comfortaire electric heater. It's not working so I'd like to remove it.
