Thanks Andy, I have sent quote requests to a few builders ( members of Federation of Master Builders as mentioned on this site ) and obtained a list of local architectural technicians from The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists website. Hello,
I am thinking of a loft conversion AND a two storey extension. Still in the initial 'thinking' stage but can anyone tell me the first step ( e,g, architect, builder, drawings...)
Also I see your post andybob but I am not sure how to get in touch.
