You have to use 30 amp connector blocks.

Last year I had my house renovated and I also was looking for an architect. Luckily, I stumbled upon a freshly graduated student who charged me 800£ and I was totally satisfied. Younger architects are thirsty for experience, but be careful. Just look around.

Ask yourself whether you'll need professional cleaning services. Is the new basement a big one? Does it need to be painted? If, yes you'd probably need an expert paint splash cleaning.

The constructional hearth must be:
- at least 125mm thick
- project 500mm forward of the jambs
- 150mm wider than the fireplace recess on both sides.

You better make the hearth from concrete.
