Thanks I understand what you are saying but that is exactly what I don't want. I want to try and recreate the original look in wood and not UPVC.

Hi, I have a 1930's house with a horrible 1970/80's style double glazed upvc front door with two small side windows either side both upvc. I want to get rid of all this and replace the framework with wood and have a 1930's style door with leaded glass (either original or made to measure) with matchi...
