What is the Correct Ratio for RC 30 Mix

I have to mix a small amount (approx 0.75m3) of RC30 concrete (I know the specifications for the rebar - bending codes and coverage etc) but am finding it difficult to establish precisely what the mix should be (I've been told 250Kg cement per tonne). Can anyone confirm this or give me any more info...

Hello
Currently I am going for 660mmx510mm (the 'standard size' I mentioned before), but can alter this to suit - I know the frame is going to be considerably cheaper than the glass!
Any info appreciated

Glass / laminate walk on well cover

Hello one and all I'm extending my house over a 50' deep well and want to include a transparent walk on cover - can anyone recommend a firm to get the glass from? I have found a firm that will make a standard size cover to hold the glass and have been advised it requires to be 32mm laminate as a min...
