Adding Extra Sockets in Kitchen Setting - Notifiable or not?

Hello Forum... I am deemed to be a 'competent person' but not a member of a scheme. Someone has asked me to add some extra sockets to the circuit supplying the kitchen in their shop premises. Even though it doesn't involve a 'new circuit', the work is still 'notifiable' as it is in a kitchen setting...

Hello... As with most Q's and A's on here a diagram or two is a must. I use a site called 'Flameport'. There are lots of diagrams, which can be enlarged if needed. Wiring is shown in older and harmonised colouring. Have a look. Sorry this reply is late, but I thought suggesting this site would prove...

Lots of great advice on this one. As all the fuses in the consumer unit are o.k. this would point towards a fuse that has blown further down the line.
