I got a small Islamic occasional table recently which unfortunately has a heavy build up of grease, dust etc. on the very intricately carved top. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to completely remove this? I've tried using toothpicks (!) and cotton buds, which has shifted a lot of gunk, ...
