Ravenheat csi 85 Boiler Problem - No Hot Water, Heating or Pressure Red Fault Light on

I have the above boiler model installed ... woke this morning to no hot water or heating .... pressure is down at 0 and the red light indicating fault is on .... never had s problem before ... any one have any ideas ... maybe hoe to re pressurise ???? Thanks in advance
