Hi thanks for this very informative thread. I own 28i RSF and have same problem with the relay/s. This might sound quite silly, but I got stuck at removing the PCB. Removed the 4 screws securing the back plate that carries the PCB. Unfortunately I can only lift the 3 corners of the PCB and its plate...
