Is Quote for Hanging Internal Doors Reasonable?

I've been quoted the following to have some internal doors fitted. The joiner was recommended by a well know joinery supplier. Confusion over Potential Damp Patch around Window

Can anyone tell me if this is damp? There is yellowing on the wall around a window (see attachment).
