Another possibility is to measure the size of the chuck opening and buy a hexagon bar (Allen key) of the same size or minutely smaller. Berrer still take the drill to the toolstore to make certain the wrench fits

Try WD 40 on the chuck's mounting threads and leave it to soak in overnight. If still stubborn, heat base of the chuck next to the threaded part with a propane torch and try the wrench again while the chuck is still hot. Whatever you use remember the splashback will be stuck to the paint layer, not the brickwork. If the paint comes off so will the splasjhback.

For a selection of different epoxy adhesives try UKMS Adhesives. They have adhesives for virtually every job. Some of them only come in 400 ml packs however, but try them and see. There is a hybrid superglue / epoxy available on the market too. It's called System Eleven six pack and looks promising....
