a wooden floor shop has told us that central heating pipes (those coming out of standing radiators) must be at least 3cm below the concrete floor on which a wooden (not solid wood, but parquet) floor would be laid. Is this true? If so, does the same go for laminate flooring? Also, wooden floor shopk...
