Freezer tripping out

A friend gave me a working Beko tall freezer. It was working when we went to collect. They plugged it in to prove this. All defrosted and cleaned etc. When I plug it in it trips out our system. Hi folks, I've got the unthankful task of painting our 30's terrace. Pebble dash front and side. Looks like more cement based on the back (original). Side of the kitchen has had Tyrolean originally on it over 25 years to try and make it match the original. It's now starting to come off in big chunks...

I've just been to my local Paint shop and they suggested using some 'Bedec Multi Surface paint' as it's an all in one. Anyone used it before?
