If the windows have dropped that much then I doubt if they are level. Also they may have not been glazed properly. I assume these are side hung windows. Hello. It seems as if there is too much of a gap between the door edge and the frame. Try to move the door over towards the latch. This can be done on the hinges if they are " flag type" by using an allen key to turn the adjusting screws. Don't move the door over too much or it will clash ...
