I'm making some of those led style neon lights for home that seem to be in every bar nowadays. I have some 5 metre lengths of the silicone LEDs. Lift the manhole cover and check the condition ,you are looking for cracks or missing mortar,run water to make sure there is a good flow.Bung up the pipe that comes from the house,you can buy a purpose made one if needed,now run more water and wait to see if there is seepage back into the house.If ...
