Intergas HRE OV Installing in 2011 and Hot water Cylinder not Heating up

I have intergas HRE OV installed 2011. Vented system. Cylinder not heating up. Programmer seems OK. Pump working and rads all on.Motorised valves on boiler and cylinder seem ok. Cylinder stat set to 60. Water in expansion tank. I dont understand why the cylinder is not filling with hot water giving ...
