Thank you for the responses, they have been very useful.
I have found another option which has a more palatable price tag M2 Surge protection socket (https://www.videk.co.uk/section.php/1437/) but I am now considering having surge protection added to the consumer panel.

I have found companies advertising Diamond core drilling but perhaps my job is a litle small for them.

As part of my extension, I now need to drill out 2 x holes for the toilet waste, 3 x holes for shower and bath water, 3 x holes for 75mm MVHR ducting and 2 x 150mm holes for the MVHR outside connections. Why are elbow joints 87.5 degrees instead of 90.

Hi
I have been installing some drainage and noticed that with the 110mm pipe the elbow joins are quoted as 87.5 degrees and not 90 degrees.

Does anyone know why?

The 45 degree junctions are quoted at 45 and the ones half that 22.5 so that makes sense but was wondering where the 87.5 came from.
