Access Door Leaking in Cast Iron Rainwater Pipe

Hi the (original Victorian) rainwater drain pipe is leaking round the access door and causing damp in the wall behind (pic attached). How is it best to seal this? Is there a rubber gasket missing (or rotted after 140 years) or is there a specific type of sealant used? Cheers!! 20160429_101203.jpg 20...
