Thanks for the advice. I think I have managed to answer my own question now. I was looking at CLS rather than sawn, which is 89mm. Travis Perkins do CLS specific door liner which is nominally 125mm wide though I think it is actually 119m wide as this is in brackets on the website. If I used 12.5mm b...

Advice Needed on Building a Stud Wall with Door

I am going to build a stud wall with a door. I have looked at the standard sizes for timber and door liners and am confused. I want the thickness of the wall plus two times plasterboards, to equal the width of the door liner but I can't find a door liner that will do this for me. I have not included...
