Hi I'm looking at buying trickle vents to fit to the double glazed windows upstairs to hopefully solve mould issues. There is not enough room to fit the vents to the top of the window frames - would you recommend fitting the vents to the horizontal cross - piece of the frame which is approx 1/4 to 1...
