We're going to put down a concrete base for a new shed. We've recently had a conifer tree cut down on the area - the stump is about 300mm across, about 50mm above the surface, and near the middle of the base area. Thanks. After removing the lino etc we left it for a couple of days and it seemed completely dry. We've now had the carpet laid.

Hi I have a 1920s house with magnesite laid onto concrete on the ground floor (presumably in the 1960s). Up until now, there's been lino on top of that, and then underlay/carpet.
