Advice on Blocking up a Doorway After Combining Bathroom and Toilet

My house has separate toilet and bathroom adjacent to each other, I want to combine them into one room. I have already removed the partition wall so the next job is to remove the old toilet door and block up the doorway, as the other bathroom door will now be the only way in. What are my options for...
