Hi I have a riser rail I need to replace but the screw in the bottom has rusted shut, I've tried WD40 and many men's brute strength to no avail. I'm thinking taking a hacksaw to it but not sure at what point, I'm assuming there are nails screwing into the wall, don't understand how the nail screwing...
