Power to lights and extractor but nothing working

I have power running to three halfway lights, two separate lights and running an extractor in the bathroom. Power to all fittings by three separate cables ( I am in France ) off the same trip switch. The extractor doesn't work, the two separate lights don't work and every now and then the three half...
