Hi, I have a leak in my loft coming from the black pipe in the picture. Can anyone tell me what this pipe does? Is this a diy job by the previous owner? It looks it to me by the tape at each end of the pipe. And who would i contact to fix my leak? A plumber or a roofer or someone else? Thanks in adv...
