Strap Wrench to Fit 660mm Circumference?

I need to tighten the locking nuts on a 110 mm ball valve on the filter system of a pond.
The only thing that I can think of that might go to that size is a strap wrench but it will need to fit a 660mm circumference, 210mm diameter. Is there anything that big?
