stain or varnish for oak

hi can anyone help i need to protect my oak garage door but after many hours stripping and sanding down door itried ronseal clear varnish which went orange i then tried sadolin clear coatwhich went yellow.what can i use to protct door but keep the door its natural colour,i did try quick drying clear...

do i need to fit air admittance valves

hi can anyone help i have run new underground drainage with new acees chamber and have run 2 new pipes into access chamber for 2 new toilets do both pipes have to be vented and can both if needed be fitted with air admittance valves so i dont have to come through roof

upgrade of combi boiler

i have recently built large loft conversion/back and side extensions on my 2 bed bungalow turning into a 4 bed with bigger kitchen and back room i have a vaillant ecomax 824 combi boiler although it seems to be working ok i havenot connected new bathroom to it yet i have been told if i upgrade boile...
