Combi Drill Recommendations for Deck Building

Going to start work on installing a decking and looking for advice on a combi drill. I have nothing at the moment and looking for something to help me drill pilot holes, drive screws into the frame. looking to spend around £50-£60, anything good out there for that money or is that not enough?
