Hi. My boiler was turned off for 5 months because of an unrelated flood(flexi cable under the bath) and we had to move out. Since moving back in we get about 10 seconds hot water then it goes luke warm. If we turn the tap down to just about a trickle then it gets hot again. Scottish Power boiler car...
