Right, so there isn't anything bad with this setup? I'm going to replace the ceiling rose so don't mind spending a bit of time to make sure it's correct, including sleeving the neutral.

Ceiling Rose Wiring for end Loop

I'm hoping that someone can clarify how this ceiling rose is wired.

This looks like an end of loop setup but why is the live wire from the bulb in the loop section?

I've got a very loudly squealing/honking hot water tap. I thought maybe it was just the tap going but the bath hot water tap just started to do the same so I'm now wondering if it's somewhere else.
