Umm hows that load bearing? Its a studd wall with a wooden pannel seperating your dining room... U can rip it all off no load there... Lintle beams overhang and im confused... If u wabt a cottage style oak beam on your roof instead of an opening.. Rip it all out locate cieling beam and skrew it up.....
