boiler wont switch off

i have a worcester bosch 240 combi boiler which wont switch off unless you unplug it.could it be the frost stat and if so what does it look like i have no manual

boiler wont switch off ?

i have a worsester bosch 240 combi boiler.when i try to turn off the boiler by the control button it wont switch off .i have to turn off by the plug.can anyone help ?
