This is so eerily similar to my experience!! I keep wondering how is it possible to hear my neighbours children running up and down THEIR stairs! I can even hear their telly, door shuts etc etc ..almost as if there isn't any wall between our houses. Did you manage to resolve this issue? Any guidance...
