Can anyone tell me what if any is the best paint to use on ordinary house brick we want to paint the wall in our consevarory but dont really want to plaster it ?

I am thinking of putting a Dimplex flat panel heater in our consevatory is it a job i can do legally myself or do i have to get a sparx to do it the reason i ask this is because the model i am looking at does have four wires according to the specs. Thanx

thanks again so can i ask you is it a legal requirment and can we be forced to do it before they install kitchen as we dont relish the idea of 10mm earth wire going around the outside house

Mains Bonding

we are having a new kitchen installed later this month and the surveyor who came yesterday said that because of new regulations we need a mains bond back to the board for the stopcock now this as far as we know is the only metal pipe in the whole house so do we need this and is it a diy project.
